Eligible Individuals means directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and prospective employees and consultants who have accepted offers of employment or consultancy from the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.
Eligible Individual means any person who is an Employee, a Consultant or a Non-Employee Director, as determined by the Administrator.
Key Individuals means the Service Provider Representatives identified as being key individuals for the provision of the Services as set out in Schedule 5.5.
Eligible Persons or “Households” means one or more natural persons or a family who pays 30 percent of their household income toward their monthly rent and is determined by Grantee to be eligible for rental assistance under this Agreement.
Resident individual means any natural person who is domiciled in this state at any time during the taxable year or who resides in this state during the taxable year for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. In the absence of convincing proof to the contrary, an individual other than a member of the armed forces of the United States, who is present in this state for more than one hundred eighty-three (183) days during the taxable year, is presumed to be a resident, but the absence of an individual from this state for more than one hundred eighty- three (183) days raises no presumption that the individual is not a resident. A resident who removes from the state during a taxable year is considered a resident until such resident has both established a definite domicile elsewhere and abandoned any domicile in this state;

Responsible individual means an individual who is employed by a licensee and has principal managerial authority over the provision of money services by the licensee in this state.
Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.
Subject individual means any individual 16 years of age or older on whom the Department may conduct a background check as defined in OAR 407-007-0210 and from whom the Department may require fingerprints for the purpose of conducting a national background check.
Eligible Person means individuals, corporations, trusts, the estates of deceased individuals, partnerships and unincorporated associations of persons;
Historically disadvantaged individuals (HDIs means all South African citizens –
Individually Identifiable Health Information means information that is a subset of health information, including demographic information collected from an individual, and: (a) is created or received by a health care provider, health plan, employer, or health care clearinghouse; (b) relates to the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; or the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to an individual; and (c) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual.
Minority individual means an individual who is a citizen of the United States or a legal resident alien and who satisfies one or more of the following definitions:
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
Aggrieved individual means a student, the parents or guardians of a student under the age of 18 acting on behalf of a student, an employee of the district, or member of the public who is directly affected by and/or is witness to an alleged violation of Board policies prohibiting unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Key Individual means those individuals identified in the Proponent’s Prequalification Submission as key individuals;
Covered individual means a person or entity who is a member of any of the following classes:
Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.
Eligible personal property means property that meets all of the following conditions:
Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Eligible Recipient means an employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company who has been selected as an eligible participant by the Administrator; provided, however, to the extent required to avoid accelerated taxation and/or tax penalties under Section 409A of the Code, an Eligible Recipient of an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right means an employee, non-employee director or independent contractor of the Company or any Affiliate of the Company with respect to whom the Company is an “eligible issuer of service recipient stock” within the meaning of Section 409A of the Code.
