Identified Employees definition

Identified Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.1(a).
Identified Employees means the employees of the Company listed in Schedule A-1.

  • HTI shall pay to the Identified Employees their respective portion of the Bonus Payment via payroll in accordance with the applicable Advisor Party’s past practice, including with respect to the timing of payments of such bonus amounts.
