  • If the Coordinator or any other Party identifies such a Data Breach within its sphere of control (Identifying Party), the Identifying Party: A.

  • In the event of this Clause, such Identifying Party may take the Opportunity individually or jointly with another partner.

Related to Identifying Party

  • Notifying Party As defined in Section 3.01(i).
