IFS Cloud Services definition

IFS Cloud Services means the provision and automated monitoring of the Cloud Platform and associated services, as further set forth in Part C of this XXXX.

Examples of IFS Cloud Services in a sentence

  • Except where agreed by the Parties otherwise prior to such termination or expiration of the IFS Cloud Services, such agreement to be in writing, all such Content stored on the Cloud Platform will be erased by IFS on termination or expiration of the IFS Cloud Services including all backup catalogue references to such Content.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
