IFS Application Software definition

IFS Application Software or “IFS AS” means IFS’s standard, unmodified proprietary application software products, modules, applications, “apps” and programs (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any third-party software included therein or associated therewith) which Customer has licensed and/or been granted the right to access and use. It is limited to machine readable code (generally referred to as executable or object code) and the user instructions included in the Software Documentation. It does not include vocabularies and other items generally referred to as source code, nor any descriptions not included in the Software Documentation.

Related to IFS Application Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.
