ILEV definition

ILEV means an inherently low emissions vehicle that is a light-duty vehicle or light-duty truck conforming to the applicable ILEV standard as defined in 40 CFR 88, Subpart C, 88.311-93*. No dual fuel vehicles may be considered ILEVs unless they are certified to the applicable standards on all fuel types for which they are designed to operate.
ILEV means a motor vehicle with a hybrid propulsion system that uses an alternative fuel by operating on both an alternative fuel, including electricity, and a traditional fuel or an inherently low- emission vehicles, in all cases to the extent such Passenger Vehicle has received the applicable permit and associated stickers and transponders as provided for in Section 5.2 of Department of Revenue Rules CCR 204-28, effective as of April 30, 2008.
ILEV means an Inherently Low Emission Vehicle as defined by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as authorized in 23 United States Code 166;

Examples of ILEV in a sentence
