Imbalance Quantity definition

Imbalance Quantity on a day means the positive imbalance quantity or the negative imbalance quantity on that day as specified in regulation 15;
Imbalance Quantity on any Day, shall mean the Positive Imbalance Quantities or the Negative Imbalance Quantities and shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Code.
Imbalance Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5 of this Agreement.

  • Account which is credited and is charged with the amounts from the User’s positive or negative, respectively, Daily Imbalance Quantity settlement.

  • The Shipper' s Excess Imbalance Quantity for any Day, if any, shall be equal to the amount by which the absolute value of the Shipper' s Cumulative Imbalance exceeds the Cumulative Imbalance Limit.

More Definitions of Imbalance Quantity

Imbalance Quantity on a day means the positive imbalance quantity or the negative imbalance quantity as specified in regulation 16;
Imbalance Quantity means the difference between the total number of GJ contained in the Gas which was received by AUI at the Point of Receipt, less Unaccounted-For-Gas, and the total number of GJ contained in the Gas which AUI delivered to Customer at the Point of Delivery;
Imbalance Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14.
Imbalance Quantity means the difference, each Day, between the total number of joules contained in the Gas which was received by Transporter at the Point of Receipt in such Day, less Unaccounted For Gas, and the total number of joules contained in the Gas which Transporter delivered to Customer at the Point of Delivery in such Day;
