Point of Receipt. 3.01 Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered gas for transportation hereunder and Transporter shall receive gas quantities up to Shipper's TCQ, plus any applicable fuel and line loss makeup, at the existing point of interconnection between Transporter and the pipeline system of Transco in Rockingham County, North Carolina ("Point of Receipt"). Transporter shall accept deliveries at the Point of Receipt at a pressure sufficient to allow the gas to enter Transporter's pipeline system at the varying pressures that may exist in such system from time-to-time; provided, however, that such pressure(s) of the gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Shipper shall not exceed the maximum operating pressure(s) specified by Transporter for the Point of Receipt.
3.02 Shipper shall make any necessary arrangements with Transco so as to be able to deliver gas to Transporter at the Point of Receipt; provided, however, that such arrangements are compatible with the operating conditions on Transporter's pipeline system.
Point of Receipt. The point on the pipeline of Transporter where gas will be delivered by Seller for the account of Buyer. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, the Point of Receipt shall be the Interconnect between Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline (Williston Basin) and MIGC, Inc. at Recluse Area, Xxxxxxxx County, Williston Basin Receipt Point I.D. #C5069, as specified in its FERC Gas Tariff - Secona Revised Volume No.
Point of Receipt. Heber Geothermal Power Plant Unit No. 1 Switchyard, 92 kV Bus. EV-6. POINT(S) OF DELIVERY: Points of Interconnection or Blythe Substation.
Point of Receipt. At position 1 of the Distribution Provider’s new 4-way padmounted gas switch on the Distribution Provider’s Metro 12 kV distribution line out of Upland 66/12 kV Substation, via an underground line extension to the Distribution Customer-owned 480V switchgear. Point of Delivery: The ISO Grid at Distribution Provider’s 220kV Bus at Padua Substation. Receiving Party: The California Independent System Operator Corporation.
Point of Receipt. (POR): As this term is defined in the NERC Glossary of Terms.
Point of Receipt. The Point of Receipt for the gas from the Gas Retailer to SaskEnergy for delivery to the Customer shall be TransGas Energy Pool, and shall be stated in the Contract.

Deliveries of Gas to Gatherer for gathering hereunder at the Point of Receipt shall be at such pressures as Gatherer may from time to time require to flow the Gas and Condensate through the Gathering System generally at the volumes set forth on Exhibit A hereto. In no event shall Shippers cause Gas to be delivered at the Point of Receipt at a pressure in excess of the maximum allowable operating pressure of the Gathering System. Shippers understand and agree that Gatherer shall be under no obligation to provide compression services under this Agreement.
