Immediate Enrollment definition

Immediate Enrollment means attending and fully participating in school and that the children’s educa- tional needs, including, for example, special educa- tion or English Language Learners (ELL) services if appropriate, are being met.
Immediate Enrollment means attending and meaningfully participating in school by the date designated in the student’s best interest determination, in accordance with 12 CCR 2509-4, 7.301.241(D)(4).
Immediate Enrollment means enrollment within two full school days regardless of whether the child is able to produce records normally required for enrollment, including, but not limited to, proof of residency, medical records, grades, credits, official transcripts, IEPs, or 504 plans and regardless of whether the child has unpaid fees.
