OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. 1. High School Transcripts
a. All applicants must submit current, official high school transcripts. If applying for a fall or spring semester, it must include all grades from the previous spring semester. If applying for summer, it must include all grades from the previous fall semester.
b. Official high school transcripts must be submitted directly to xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx from Parchment or from a high school counselor or other high school administrator. Transcripts submitted by a student or parent are considered unofficial even if the words, “Official Transcript” are written on the document and will not be accepted.
2. College Transcripts
a. Students that have taken dual credit courses at institutions outside of UNM or the UNM branch campuses, must submit official transcripts to UNM whenever a new set of courses are completed.
b. Official transcripts must be sent directly to UNM Admissions from the college or university where the other dual credit courses were taken. They may be sent to xxxxx@xxx.xxx if sent electronically or to P.O. Box 4985, Albuquerque, NM 87196-4895 if hardcopy is sent by mail.

iii. MAJOR/CAREER INTEREST FORM: Students should use their IEP, Next Step Plan, and/or discussions with a high school counselors and family in addition to their own thoughts on their academic, research, and career goals to complete the Major/Career Interest Form. We will use this document to help match students to the appropriate advisors at UNM. This document will be uploaded to the student’s LoboAchieve account at UNM so that it can be reviewed by UNM advisors.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. 11.6.1 An official transcript of record of college or university work and an official record of in- service work and courses in specialized schools shall be submitted to verify completion of credit used for salary classification. All such records must be filed with the Human Resources Department, Salary Unit, in order to qualify for classification purposes.
11.6.2 Filing of such official transcript of record for completed course work may be made at any time and will be effective in the next monthly pay cycle.
11.6.3 For the classifications “Bachelor Degree plus 30 Semester hours” and “Bachelor Degree plus 60 Semester Hours” semester hours counted will include verified college or university work earned before the Bachelor degree was granted if the work has been clearly designated as “graduate” and if the units were not used to satisfy undergraduate requirements.

All such records must be filed with the Human Resources Department, Salary Unit, in order to qualify for classification purposes. For a change of classification for a school year, credit must be earned and courses completed before the first school day of the given school year. Transcripts and other documentation of credit must be received no later than December 1st of the year a change of classification will be made.
11.7.2 For fall term appointees, filing of such official transcript of record for work completed before the opening of the fall term of any year may be made at any time prior to December 1st of the same year in order to qualify for classification purposes. For spring term appointees, work completed before the opening of the spring term may be submitted at any time prior to April 1st of that year.
11.7.3 The dates referred to in this section for the filing of official transcripts may, for good cause, be extended on recommendation of the Superintendent and approval by the Board of Education.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. All applicants pursuing degrees, certificates, Financial aid, or transfer must submit official transcripts of all prior high school and college work. Transcripts are to be forwarded to the Cuesta College Admissions and Records Office. Transcripts submitted to the college are considered property of Cuesta College and will not be released to students or other colleges or agencies.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. It is the Participant’s responsibility to request one official transcript from the Host campus at the end of each semester or quarter of exchange. Send directly to the UNH Registrar’s Office, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxx, Durham NH 03824.

For a change of classification for a school year, credit must be earned and courses completed before the first school day of the given school year which shall be the first work day of July unless otherwise noted on the school calendar. Transcripts and other documentation of credit must be received no later than December 1st of the year a change of classification will be made.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. Each new teacher shall submit an official transcript of the teacher’s college credits (undergraduate and graduate inclusive). ISD 196 may, at its discretion, request that transcripts from institutions in foreign countries be evaluated by a transcript evaluation service. The coursework and the evaluation service are subject to ISD 196’s approval. All costs for this evaluation will be paid by the teacher.
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. College academic programs listed on official school paper or ● Permits: Restricted authorization issued by the Commissioner to an individual who does not yet meet the qualifications for a regular certificate.
