Import Energy definition

Import Energy means the electrical energy flowing from the CEB System to the Facility and measured by the CEB Meter at the Point of Delivery.
Import Energy means the electricity supplied by TNB and consumed by the Consumer, as measured in kWh by the Net Meter.
Import Energy means the useful electric energy, expressed in MWh, which the Plant consumed from the Grid, as measured by the Metering System, for use within the Plant.
