Improvement Approvals definition

Improvement Approvals shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.09(a).
Improvement Approvals shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.1(h). “Improvements” shall mean the buildings, platforms, marinas, piers, bulkheads, wharfs, berths, slips, parks, stables, golf driving ranges, Equipment and other improvements and appurtenances of every kind and description existing at the Commencement Date or hereafter erected, constructed, rehabilitated or placed upon the Land (including, without limitation, Existing Improvements, Lessee Improvements, Capital Improvements and improvements constructed in the course of Non-Approvable Construction Projects) and the footings, foundations and other supports therefor beneath the Land, and all alterations and replacements thereof, additions, thereto and substitutions therefor.
Improvement Approvals shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.08(a). “Indemnitees” shall have the meaning provided in Section 19.01.

  • Landlord shall not unreasonably refuse to join or otherwise cooperate in the application for any such Improvement Approvals, provided such application is made without cost, expense or liability (contingent or otherwise) to Landlord.

Related to Improvement Approvals

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, permits, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • Regulatory Approvals means any registrations, licenses, authorizations, permits or approvals issued by any Governmental Authority and applications or submissions related to any of the foregoing.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.
