IMSBC Code definition

IMSBC Code means the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee of the Organization by resolution MSC.268(85), as may be amended by the Organization, provided that such amendments are adopted, brought into force and take effect in accordance with the provisions of article VIII of the present Convention concerning the amendment procedures applicable to the Annex other than chapter I.

IMSBC Code means International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes code, as amended from time to time.

IMSBC Code means the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code adopted by IMO Resolution MSC.268(85) on 4 December 2008 including all amendments made to that Code up to and including those adopted by IMO Resolution MSC.462(101) on 13 June 2019 which came in to force on 1 January 2021;

IMSBC Code means the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code of the International Maritime Organization (IMO);
