Inactive Contract definition

Inactive Contract. If, at any time prior to the Annuity Date, all of the conditions listed under Inactive Contract on the Contract Schedule are met, We will terminate this Contract. If the Contract is terminated under this provision, We will pay You the Surrender Value in a lump sum.
Inactive Contract means any Contract for which performance has been completed or that has terminated, whether or not performance under any such Contract has been completed or has terminated prior to the Distribution Date, including inactive Contracts and Contracts in the close-out process.
Inactive Contract means those Contracts which provide for the delivery of products or the rendering of contract-defined deliverable services, excluding warranties, by a Parent and with respect to which the final product has been delivered and the final service has been rendered prior to the Closing Date.
