Request for Change definition

Request for Change means a formal request by one or more parties for any modification to be made to the price coupling algorithm or continuous trading matching algorithm or to its usage in production.

Request for Change. Any teacher whose name appears on such list and who may disagree with the order of seniority in said list shall have ten (10) days from the date of posting to supply written documentation, proof, and request for seniority change to the Superintendent.

• Said incomplete Request for Change Order shall: (a) include a list of those Change Order requirements which are not fulfilled together with an explanation reasonably satisfactory to TxDOT stating why such requirements cannot be met, and (b) in all events include sufficient detail to ascertain the basis for the proposed Change Order and for any price increase associated therewith, to the extent such amount is then ascertainable.

• TxDOT may issue a unilateral Time and Materials Change Order at any time, regardless of whether it has issued a Request for Change Proposal.

• Any Request for Change Order involving Subcontractor-performed Maintenance Services which is not accompanied by such analysis and certification shall be considered incomplete.

• Each Cost and Schedule Proposal and Request for Change Order shall (i) be prepared in a form acceptable to TxDOT, (ii) meet all applicable requirements of this Section 10; and (iii) be substantially in the form of Exhibit 12.

• This Section 10.2 concerns: (a) Change Orders issued by TxDOT following a Request for Change Proposal and (b) Change Orders unilaterally issued by TxDOT.

More Definitions of Request for Change

Request for Change means the formal description of a desired business process change. Requests for Change are processed in compliance with the Change Management process.

Request for Change is defined in the AWS Managed Services Service Descriptions.

Request for Change or "RFC" means a document that contains Customer’s request for Change. It includes information needed by Orange to execute the change and the requested schedule date. This can be a web page if change is submitted via MSS.

Request for Change. Proposal shall mean a written notice issued by TxDOT to Maintenance Contractor under Section 10.2.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement, advising Maintenance Contractor that TxDOT may issue a TxDOT-Directed Change or wishes to evaluate whether to initiate such a change pursuant to Section 10.2.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

Request for Change means a request for any change to the current design, design requirements or substitution/alternate product, submitted by the Contractor to the Engineer. The request shall include a reason for the change, any information required to aid in assessing the change and in approving the change. It shall also include cost and schedule implications.

Request for Change or “RFC” is a request created by either the customer or AWS Managed Services through the AWS Managed Services Interface to make a change in the customer’s Managed Environment.

Request for Change or “RFC” means: the formal request by either Party for a change to be made to the Services, which request shall be submitted in the form as prescribed in Appendix B.
