Deliverable Services definition

Deliverable Services means those services listed in Article 3.1, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of Deliverable Services in a sentence

  • If Notice is not provided to ConnectWise that a breach occurred and/or if milestone or acceptance forms are signed by Client, then the Deliverable, Services and/or Education will be deemed delivered in accordance with the warranty obligations.

  • If Notice is not provided to CA then the Deliverable, Services and/or Education will be deemed delivered in accordance with the warranty obligations.

  • Acceptance of Deliverable Services, or any part thereof, shall occur upon Boeing furnishing such Services or any part thereof.

  • The Contractor shall provide the Purchaser, within 30 days of the contract award, a list of the Pre-Existing Intellectual Property it intends to include in the Deliverable Service(s) and shall supplement such list as and when additional Pre-Existing Intellectual Property is included in the Deliverable Service(s).

  • In the event Boeing breaches this warranty, as Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, Boeing shall correct the Non-Conformances in the provision of such Deliverable Services where it is practical to do so (e.g., Boeing cannot correct deficiencies in, or re-perform, Launch Support Services from and after Launch).

  • Where practical, Deliverable Services furnished to Customer shall be accompanied by written notice from Boeing specifying that portion of the Deliverable Services being furnished.

  • The price for any such Additional Satellite shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit B (Option Exercise Dates and Pricing) of the Master Procurement Agreement, which includes LOPS/MOPS on a dual manifest Falcon 9, training, Deliverable Data, other Deliverable Services, and one set each of DSS Software and SCIP Software.

Deliverable Services. “Dynamic Satellite Simulator”, “Intellectual Property Rights”, “Satellite”, “SCE”, and “Work-in-Progress”. All terms defined in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York (as in effect from time to time, the “UCC”) and used herein shall have the same definitions herein as specified therein. The term “State” means the State of New York. Related to Deliverable Services

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Eligible Services means only those services detailed in the sub-section titled Eligible Services.

  • Comparable Services means services that are identical or materially similar to the benchmarked Services (including in terms of scope, specification, volume and quality of performance) provided that if no identical or materially similar services exist in the market, the Supplier shall propose an approach for developing a comparable services benchmark;

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).
