Incentive Stock Option Plans definition

Incentive Stock Option Plans means any such plans within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereof.
Incentive Stock Option Plans means the Company's 1991 Stock Option Plan, as amended from time to time, and each successor or supplemental plan to such plan pursuant to which the Company may from time to time grant stock options (including Incentive Stock Options (as defined in Sections 421 and 422A of the Code)) to its directors, key employees and consultants or other employees as compensation or incentive for providing services to the Company or its Subsidiaries.
