Incidental medical malpractice injury means "bodily injury" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render, during the Policy Period, the following services:

Incidental medical malpractice injury means "bodily injury" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render, during the Policy Period, the following services:a medical, surgical, dental, x-ray or nursing services or treatment or the furnishing of food or beverages in connection therewith; orb the furnishing or dispensing of drugs or medical, dental or surgical supplies or appliances;by any insured or any indemnitee causing the “incidental medical malpractice injury” who is not engaged in the business or occupation of providing any of the services described in “a” and “b” above.

Medical, surgical, dental, x-ray or nursing services or treatment or the furnishing of food or beverages in connection therewith; or 16.2. The furnishing or dispensing of drugs or medical, dental or surgical supplies or appliances; by any Insured or any indemnitee causing the incidental medical malpractice injury who is not engaged in the business or occupation of providing any of the services described in sub-paragraphs 16.1. and 16.2. above.
Incidental medical malpractice injury means “bodily or mental injury” due to the rendering of or failure to render, during the policy period, any of the following services by any Insured or the indemnitee of any Insured, provided the “Named Insured” or that indemnitee is not engaged in the business of supplying any of such services: a. dental, medical, nursing, surgical or X-ray services or treatment; b. the supply of food or beverages in connection with VI. 16. a.; or c. the dispensing or supply of drugs or dental, medical or surgical appliances or supplies.
