Income Fee definition

Income Fee means the fee payable to the Adviser as described in Section 10(d).

  • The 7.5% Net Income Fee is to be cumulative within any Fiscal Year, such that if the Company has a loss in any quarter during the Fiscal Year, each subsequent quarter's payment during such Fiscal Year shall be adjusted to maintain the 7.5% per annum rate, with final settlement being made with the fourth quarter payment and in accordance with audited results for the Fiscal Year.

Related to Income Fee

  • Incentive Fee shall have the meaning set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Annualized means restating an amount to an annual value. This computation is performed by multiplying an amount applicable to a period of less or greater than three hundred sixty-five (365) days, by a ratio determined by dividing the number of days in the reporting period by three hundred sixty-five (365) days, except in leap years, in which case the divisor shall be three hundred sixty-six (366) days.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03.

  • Program Fee is defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees charged by the Trustee for services provided as the trustee and paying agent under the Indenture.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.

  • Annualized Interest Expense means, for the four consecutive quarters ending on each Reporting Date, the Operating Partnership’s Pro Rata Share of interest expense, with other adjustments as are necessary to exclude the effect of items classified as extraordinary items, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, reduced by amortization of debt issuance costs and adjusted to reflect the assumption that (i) any interest expense related to indebtedness incurred since the first day of such four-quarter period is computed as if such indebtedness had been incurred as of the beginning of such period, and (ii) any interest expense related to indebtedness that was repaid or retired since the first day of such four-quarter period is computed as if such indebtedness had been repaid or retired as of the beginning of such period (except that, in making such computation, the amount of interest expense related to indebtedness under any revolving credit facility shall be computed based upon the average daily balance of such indebtedness during such four-quarter period).

  • Funding Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b).

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Incentive Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(e) hereof.
