INCOTERMS means International Commercial Terms as on the date of Tender Opening
Incoterms 2010 means the International Commercial Terms, which are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce and are a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce.
ICC Incoterms means the the latest version of commercial trade terms as published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris [ICC], which are otherwise referred to as purchase terms and which define precisely the responsibilities, costs and risks of the buyer [Transnet] and the seller [the Supplier]. Incoterms are only applicable to contracts involving the import or export of Goods from one country to another and for the purpose of this Agreement, if applicable, shall mean the designated Incoterm as stipulated in Schedule 1 hereto. EXW or "ex-works price" means:
Ex Works means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller’s premises or at another named place (i.e.,works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable.
ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;
FOB means Free on Board
FCA : means the Financial Conduct Authority.
DDP means Delivery Duty Paid named place of destination (consignee site)
Destination facility means a facility that treats, disposes of, or recycles a particular category of universal waste, except those management activities described in § 7-912(d)(3). A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.
Turnover of zero-rated supply of goods means the value of zero-rated supply of goods made during the relevant period without payment of tax under bond or letter of undertaking;
Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.
Supply of goods means the transfer of the right to dispose of tangible property as owner.

Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.
International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.
Dyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that meets the dyeing and marking requirements of 26 U.S.C.
Designated country construction material means a construction material that is a WTO GPA country construction material, an FTA country construction material, a least developed country construction material, or a Caribbean Basin country construction material.

Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.
Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.
Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
Convention facility means all or any part of, or any combination of, a convention hall, auditorium, arena, meeting rooms, exhibition area, and related adjacent public areas that are generally available to the public for lease on a short-term basis for holding conventions, meetings, exhibits, and similar events, together with real or personal property, and easements above, on, or under the surface of real or personal property, used or intended to be used for holding conventions, meetings, exhibits, and similar events, together with appurtenant property, including covered walkways, parking lots, or structures, necessary and convenient for use in connection with the convention facility. Convention facility includes an attached arena with a seating capacity not exceeding 13,000. Convention facility does not include any arena with a seating capacity exceeding 13,000.
Place of manufacture means the place where an end product is assembled out of components, or otherwise made or processed from raw materials into the finished product that is to be provided to the Government. If a product is disassembled and reassembled, the place of reassembly is not the place of manufacture.
Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices applicable from time to time to the manufacturing of a Product or any intermediate thereof pursuant to Applicable Law.
