Incremental Commitment Amount definition

Incremental Commitment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.23.

Incremental Commitment Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of $150,000,000 over the aggregate amount of all Incremental Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.23.

Incremental Commitment Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $100,000,000 over (b) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.01(c).

More Definitions of Incremental Commitment Amount

Incremental Commitment Amount means, at any time of determination, $400,000,000 minus (i) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments and Incremental Revolving Commitments established prior to such time and (ii) the aggregate amount of reductions in the Incremental Commitment Amount effected pursuant to Section 2.13(c).
