Incremental Commitment Cap definition

Incremental Commitment Cap means $50,000,000 less the sum of (i) Incremental Commitments, (ii) Incremental Term Commitments and (iii) Incremental Second Lien Commitments (as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement).
Incremental Commitment Cap means $1,087,500,000.
Incremental Commitment Cap has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

Incremental Commitment Cap means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $150,000,000 over (b) the sum of the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Commitments and Incremental Revolving Commitments established prior to such time in accordance with Section 2.18.
