Incremental Commitment Percentage definition

Incremental Commitment Percentage means, with respect to any Lender at any time, (a) the sum of (x) the aggregate principal amount of such Xxxxxx’s Advances and (y) such Xxxxxx’s unfunded Commitments divided by (b) the sum of (x) the aggregate principal amount of all Advances for all Lenders and (y) the unfunded Commitments of all Lenders.
