Incumbent Employees shall remain in their existing pension plans (or comparable successor plans if continuation of the existing plans is not practicable) pursuant to pension plan eligibility requirements and applicable law.
In establishing an initial workforce, and through the first six (6) months after Contract award, the Contractor shall give a first preference in hiring for vacancies in non-managerial positions under this Contract to Incumbent Employees (as defined in paragraph (b) of the Section H Clause entitled, Employee Compensation: Pay and Benefits) who meet the qualifications for a particular position.
The Contractor shall provide a total package of benefits to Incumbent Employees comparable to that provided by Midwest Research Institute (now MRI Global).
