Employment Positions definition

Employment Positions and “Full-time Employee” shall mean non-temporary employment positions of the Company at Pampa, Texas, at a rate of minimum wage or higher. Full-time employment shall mean an employee who works a total of 2080 hours or more during the previous twelve month period in the Company’s businesses. Full-time employment shall not include Mark W. Ford, Jr., D.C.
Employment Positions means new full-time equivalent employment positions of at least 2,000 hours per employee in the City with the Company at the Premises averaged over a (12) month period, with such hours also to include any vacation and sick leave, with a specified average annual gross compensation (excluding benefits) and for which medical benefits must be provided.
Employment Positions means FTE Positions.

Examples of Employment Positions in a sentence

  • Failure of Owner to comply with employing and maintaining the minimum number of Full-Time Equivalent Employment Positions shall entitle the PEDC to require Owner to pay to the PEDC $100 per day for each day of such failure to comply.

  • More than one position cannot be aggregated to qualify for an Employment Incentive.Only new Full Time Employment Positions shall be eligible for the Employment Incentive.

  • Owner covenants and agrees by the September 1st, 2022, and thereafter during the Term of this Agreement employ and maintain a minimum of (45) Full-Time Equivalent Employment Positions (“FTEP”) working at the Company on the Property.

  • Historic Hospitality Management covenants and agrees during the Term of this Agreement to use commercially reasonable and good faith efforts to employ and maintain (or cause to be employed and maintained by the applicable tenant(s) and/or occupant(s) constituting such uses located on the Property) a minimum of ten (10) Full-Time Equivalent Employment Positions working at the Property.

  • Historic Hospitality Management covenants and agrees beginning on December 1, 2020, and during the Term of this Agreement, Historic Hospitality Management shall deliver to Lender an annual compliance verification signed by a duly authorized representative of Historic Hospitality Management that shall certify the number of Full-Time Equivalent Employment Positions, and shall disclose and certify the average wage for all Full-Time Equivalent Employment Positions (the “Annual Compliance Verification”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Purchaser Indemnitees nor the Sellers' Indemnitees shall enjoy the protections of the Threshold with respect to Indemnification Matters involving (i) intentional misrepresentation or fraud, (ii) the failure to remit accounts receivable or Government Payment Program Proceeds pursuant to Section 2.10, (iii) Sellers' cure and correction of Deficiencies, or (iv) the payment of, Deficiency Expenses pursuant to Section 7.20(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Employment Positions

Employment Positions means FTE Position Primary Jobs eligible for employee benefits that have been created, maintained, and filled at the Improvements per Employment Period from the Commencement Date and continuing until the Expiration Date. The number of FTE’s for an Employment Period shall be based on a weekly average account of FTE’s working at the Improvements during each calendar week during the Employment Period.
Employment Positions means non-temporary full time employment positions of the Applicant, its permitted assigns and affiliates at the facility to which this tax limitation agreement applies, including employees of contractors assigned to the facility to which this tax limitation agreement applies as shown on Applicant’s internal contingent labor management systems. Two (2) or more part time employees, totaling thirty (30) hours or more per week may be substituted for one (1) full time employee.

  • Qualified employment position means a permanent full-time

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

  • Employment outcome means, with respect to an eligible individual, entering, advancing in, or retaining full-time or part-time competitive integrated employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (9) (including customized employment, self-employment, telecommuting, or business ownership), or supported employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (53), that is consistent with an individual's unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice. (Note: As specified in federal rule, a designated State unit may continue services to individuals with uncompensated employment goals on their approved individualized plans for employment prior to the effective date of the final federal regulations until June 30, 2017, unless a longer period of time is required based on the needs of the individual with the disability, as documented in the individual's service record.)

  • Scope of employment means performance by an employee acting in good faith within the duties of the employee’s office or employment or of tasks lawfully assigned by a competent authority including the operation or use of an agency vehicle or equipment with actual or implied consent of the supervisor of the employee, but shall not include corruption or fraud;

  • Employment Tax means any Tax the liability or responsibility for which is allocated pursuant to the Employee Matters Agreement.

  • Supported employment means the ongoing supports to participants who, because of their disabilities, need intensive ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in competitive or customized employment, or self-employment, in an integrated work setting in the general workforce at or above the state’s minimum wage or at or above the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities. The outcome of this service is sustained paid employment at or above the minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce in a job that meets personal and career goals. Supported employment services can be provided through many different service models.

  • Employer as defined in Section 3(5) of ERISA.

  • Date of Employment means: (i) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 1st and 15th days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of that calendar month; or (ii) in the case of an Employee whose employment commenced between the 16th and last days inclusive of any month, the 1st day of the following calendar month.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Comparable Employment means employment on terms which provide (a) the same or greater rate of base pay or salary as in effect immediately prior to Executive’s termination, (b) the same, equivalent or higher job title and level of responsibility as Executive had prior to Executive’s termination, (c) equivalent or higher bonus opportunity as the bonus opportunity for the year preceding the year in which the termination occurs, and d) a principal work location that is both (i) no more than forty-five (45) miles from Executive’s principal work location immediately prior to Executive’s termination and (ii) no more than thirty (30) miles farther from Executive’s principal weekday residence than was Executive’s principal work location immediately prior to the termination.

  • Covered employment means employment in a covered position.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Employment benefits means all benefits provided or made

  • Year of Employment means a period of service of 12 months.

  • Customized employment means an approach to supported employment which individualizes the employment relationship between employees and employers in ways that meet the needs of both. Customized employment is based on an individualized determination of the strengths, needs, and interests of the person with a disability and is also designed to meet the specific needs of the employer. Customized employment may include employment developed through job carving, self-employment or entrepreneurial initiatives, or other job development or restructuring strategies that result in job responsibilities being customized and individually negotiated to fit the needs of the individual with a disability. Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Competitive employment means work in the competitive labor market that is performed on a full-time or part-time basis in an integrated setting and for which the client is compensated at or above the minimum wage, but not less than the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals who are not disabled.

  • Company Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, retention, transaction bonus, change in control, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between: (a) any of the Company Entities or any Company Affiliate; and (b) any Company Associate, other than any such Contract that is terminable “at will” (or following a notice period imposed by applicable Legal Requirements) without any obligation on the part of any Company Entity or any Company Affiliate to make any severance, termination, change in control or similar payment or to provide any benefit.
