Indemnity Documents definition

Indemnity Documents means (a) the Indemnity Agreement and (b) the Indemnification Guarantee Agreement dated as of October 25, 2018 among Honeywell, the Indemnitor and the guarantors party thereto, as may be amended or otherwise modified pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.
