Independent Service Providers definition

Independent Service Providers means all firms (including persons, partnerships or trusts) who are not in the appointment of an OEM’s distribution network and who conduct business in compliance with the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa. This includes, but is not limited to, motor vehicle body repairers such as spray painters or panel beaters; mechanical repairers or firms that effect maintenance services on motor vehicles; distributors of spare parts for motor vehicles; and fitment centres. Independent service providers excludes Dealers, as defined herein.
Independent Service Providers or “ISP” means all Dealers and Motor-body Repairers, who are not appointed as an Approved Dealer or Approved Motor-body Repairer as defined herein.
Independent Service Providers or “ISPs” shall mean legal entities selected by End Users as their repair service provider for the Zebra products owned or leased and used by the End Users, and who are authorized by Zebra to provide such repair services.
