Independent Valuation Expert definition

Independent Valuation Expert means Xxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Incorporated or another nationally recognized investment banking firm of similar quality.

Independent Valuation Expert has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5(d).

More Definitions of Independent Valuation Expert

Independent Valuation Expert means a valuator (including any affiliated entity) that meets all of the following conditions:

Independent Valuation Expert means Virtu Global Advisors, LLC or another third party independent appraiser selected by the Borrowers and approved by the Administrative Agent and Required Lenders, and jointly engaged by the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers at the sole cost and expense of the Borrowers.

Independent Valuation Expert has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

Independent Valuation Expert means Xxxx XxXxxxxx, or such other independent valuation expert who is mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
