Index Shares definition

Index Shares means the shares listed on the Stock Exchange of those companies which are for the time being the constituent companies of the Hang Seng Index;

Index Shares means the shares listed on the regulated market being the shares of the companies which are from time to time constituent components of the respective index.

Index Shares means the shares listed on the SGX-ST being the shares of the companies which are from time to time constituent components of the STI;

Index Shares means shares of all or any of the constituent companies of the relevant Underlying Index.

Index Shares means any securities which are for the time being constituent securities of the Index;

Index Shares means shares of constituent companies of the Hang Seng Index.
