Indexation Adjustment definition

Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in:
Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given to that term in Clause 13.1 (Indexation Adjustment);
Indexation Adjustment has the meaning given in Schedule 3. Industrial Instruments means awards, workplace agreements, industrial agreements of any kind, contract determinations or orders or any industrial tribunal or court to which the Contractor is subject to and which relates to the provision of the Services and this Contract.

  • The earliest Indexation Adjustment Date will be the (1st) Working Day following the expiry of the period specified in paragraph 8.2 of this Call Off Schedule 3 during which the Contract Charges shall remain fixed (and no review under this paragraph 11 is permitted).

  • Thereafter any subsequent increase to any of the Framework Prices in accordance with this paragraph 4 shall not occur before the anniversary of the previous Indexation Adjustment Date.

  • Inflation adjustment means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Substitution Adjustment As defined in Section 2.03(d) hereof.

  • MFN Adjustment has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(b).

  • Substitution Adjustment Amount As defined in Section 2.03.

  • Buy In Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.

  • XXXXX Adjustment means, with respect to XXXXX, 0.0326% per annum.

  • CPI Adjustment means the quotient of (i) the CPI for the month of January in the calendar year for which the CPI Adjustment is being determined, divided by (ii) the CPI for January of 2007.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • Transmission Adjusted Market Flow means the result of applying the M2M Entitlement Transmission Adjusted Market Flow Calculation to the New Year Market Flow. The resulting Transmission Adjusted Market Flow is then used as the Reference Year Market Flow in all subsequent, iterative, evaluations.

  • Tax Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

  • Spread Adjustment means 100 basis points.

  • Adjusted means lost values are not included in the calculation of the prior year’s taxes and new values are not included in the current year’s taxable values.

  • Equity Adjustment means the dollar amount resulting by subtracting the Book Value, as of Bank Closing, of all Liabilities Assumed under this Agreement by the Assuming Bank from the purchase price, as determined in accordance with this Agreement, as of Bank Closing, of all Assets acquired under this Agreement by the Assuming Bank, which may be a positive or a negative number.

  • Index Adjustment Event means, in respect of the Index, an Administrator/Benchmark Event, an Index Cancellation, an Index Disruption or an Index Modification.

  • ISDA Fallback Adjustment means the spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero) that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be determined upon the occurrence of an index cessation event with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor.

  • Increased Assessed Value means, for each Fiscal Year during the term of this Agreement, the amount by which the Current Assessed Value for such year exceeds the Original Assessed Value. If the Current Assessed Value is less than or equal to the Original Assessed Value in any given Tax Year, there is no Increased Assessed Value in that year.

  • Maximum Basic Grant Amount’ has the same meaning as set out in item 1 of Schedule 1 of HESA;

  • Adjustment Price means the lowest Underlying Price within the Adjustment Period after the Underlying Price is for the first time equal to or below the Adjustment Threshold.

  • Credit Adjustment shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.02.

  • Estimated Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).

  • Value Adjustments means cash lending revenues and other revenues on collateral in respect of a Series of ETP Securities.

  • SOFR Adjustment means 0.10% (10 basis points).
