Indirectly affiliated definition

Indirectly affiliated means, for purposes of this section only, that a person owns 5% or more of the voting interest of another person.
Indirectly affiliated to a company or companies ("the parent company or companies") if a series of companies can be specified, beginning with the parent company or companies and ending with a particular company, so related that each company of the series, except the parent company or companies, is directly affiliated to one or more companies earlier in the series.
