Individual Investors definition

Individual Investors means the individuals listed on Schedule 1.01 hereto.

Individual Investors means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, in each case an individual.
