Industrial process waste definition

Industrial process waste means solid waste generated by manufacturing or industrial processes that is not a hazardous waste defined by 329 IAC 10-2-88 and regulated under 329 IAC 3.1. Such waste may include, but is not limited to, waste resulting from any of the following manufacturing processes:

  • Process Wastewater means any water which, during manufacturing or processing, comes into direct contact with or results from the production or use of any raw material, intermediate product, finished product, by-product, or waste product.
