Influence definition

Influence means to manage, direct, mandate, or give a reward or benefit to a person. Influence does not mean to respond to a request for information.
Influence for the purpose of this definition includes the holding of 15% or more of the shares or interests or the possession of voting power in or in relation to any person referred to in (1) (a) immediately above;
Influence means to campaign or advocate for or against a ballot proposition.
