Information Circular means a completed Form 51-102F5 Information Circular; “informed person” means
Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
Confirmation Letter means a letter issued by any applicable Rating Agency to the effect that neither (a) the resignation of Provident as Servicer under the Servicing Agreement and appointment of Litton as successor Servicer thereunder, nor (b) the amendments exxxxxxated by this Agreement, will adversely affect the then current ratings on the Certificates then being rated.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Designation Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
Risk Retention Letter As described in the Offering Circular, that certain letter agreement entered into by Xxxxxxx Mac, dated as of the Closing Date.
Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:
Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
Representation Letter Letters to, or agreements with, the Depository to effectuate a book entry system with respect to the Class A Certificates registered in the Register under the nominee name of the Depository.
Sanction Letter means the letter issued by the Lender sanctioning the Loan with the relevant particulars as mentioned in the letter.
information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;
UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.
Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.
Closing protection letter means an agreement by the division to indemnify a lender or owner or both for loss caused by a division closer’s theft of settlement funds or failure to comply with written closing instructions relating to title certificate coverage when agreed to by the division closer.

Representation Letters means the statements of facts and representations, officer’s certificates, representation letters and any other materials (including, without limitation, a Ruling Request and any related supplemental submissions to the IRS or other Tax Authority) delivered by EQT, SpinCo or any of their respective Affiliates or representatives in connection with the rendering by Tax Advisors, and/or the issuance by the IRS or other Tax Authority, of the Tax Opinions/Rulings.
Termination Letter has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).
Investment Representation Letter As defined in Section 5.02(b).
Criminal history record information means that term as defined in section 1a of 1925 PA 289, MCL 28.241a.
Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.
Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:
Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.
Tax Representation Letters has the meaning assigned in Section 5.16(a).
Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Commercial Paper Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Seller, any Originator, the Servicer or the Pool Assets.
