In−home consultation definition

In−home consultation means a visit to the parental or treatment foster home by a designated professional for the pur- pose of assisting parents or treatment foster parents in implement- ing the child’s treatment or permanency plans, to directly observe the treatment process, to assess training needs of treatment foster parents, to provide skill training for specific problems and to pro- vide support for treatment foster parents.

  • Consultation means the good faith attempt by the Depositary to discuss, if practicable, the relevant issue in a timely manner with a person employed by the Company reasonably believed by the Depositary to be empowered by the Company to engage in such discussion on behalf of the Company.

  • Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Department, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, and monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.
