Initial Charter definition

Initial Charter means with respect to each Vessel, the bareboat charter, dated as of December 24, 1996, between the Initial Charterer and the Owner.
Initial Charter has the meaning given to that term in Schedule 7 (Details of the Ships and other Definitions).
Initial Charter means, for each Vessel, the bareboat charter between the related Owner and Chevron Transport dated the Closing Date, as the same may be amended from time to time. For any Vessel under an Acceptable Replacement Charter, in the event that such Acceptable Replacement Charter terminates, the Acceptable Replacement Charter shall be deemed to be an Initial Charter."

  • The Agency shall credit the Bid Deposit of a Provisional Winning Bidder to the total of the Highest Bid Price and the Initial Charter Capital to be paid to the Agency to complete the purchase of the Subsidiary.
