Charter Party definition

Charter Party means the agreement between the owner of a vessel and the party hiring the vessel for use of the vessel in transporting a cargo.
Charter Party means the contract of charter or affreightment to be entered into from time to time between Seller and owner of the vessel chartered or hired for the shipment of any Parcel pursuant to this Agreement.
Charter Party means the contract to be signed for the hire of sea vehicles.

Charter Party means the contract to be signed for the hire of marine vehicles.
