Initial Commitments definition

Initial Commitments means the initial amounts of Commitments so identified in the Commitment Schedule.
Initial Commitments means, as to any Initial Lender, the obligation of such Initial Lender, if any, to make an Initial Loan to the Borrower hereunder (to be deposited in the Escrow Account pending consummation of the Acquisition on the Acquisition Effective Date) in a principal amount not to exceed the amount set forth under the heading “Initial Commitment” opposite such Initial Lender’s name on Schedule 1.01(a) or, as the case may be, in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Initial Lender became a party hereto, as the same may be changed from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. The aggregate principal amount of the Initial Commitments on the Closing Date is $2,500,000,000.
Initial Commitments means the Commitments existing as of the Closing ------------------- Date which in the aggregate shall be equal to the Maximum Facility Amount as of the Closing Date.

Examples of Initial Commitments in a sentence

  • All expenses incurred by you in connection with an Offering and with this Agreement are to be charged to the Underwriters' accounts in proportion to their respective Initial Commitments except that any transfer taxes on sales made by you to dealers are to be charged to the Underwriter for whose account such sales were made.

Initial Commitments means the Commitments of a Lender at the time it became a party to this Agreement as a Lender.

The initial aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Initial Commitments as of the Restatement Effective Date is $615,000,000.
