Initial Departure definition

Initial Departure means the time at which you first begin transit by any means of transport booked by us (including air transportation) for the purpose of taking the Cruise. “Windstar Air Package” refers to air transportation booked for you by us to enable you to travel to and from your Cruise. “Windstar Land Package” includes any shore activity before or after the Cruise or ashore during the Cruise that is arranged for you by Windstar Cruises in connection with your Cruise. “Cruise Package” means any combination of the Cruise, Windstar Air Package and/or Windstar Land Package.
Initial Departure means the time at which you first begin your Cruise.
Initial Departure means the time at which you first begin transit by any means of transport booked by us (including air transportation) for the purpose of taking the Cruise or Land + Sea Journey. “Air Package” refers to air transportation booked for you by us to enable you to travel to and from your Cruise or Land + Sea Journey. “Land Trip” refers to a pre- or post-Cruise or Land + Sea Journey package or transfer you have purchased (excluding any Air Package), or to a shore excursion you purchase during your Cruise or Land + Sea Journey, on which you are traveling on one or more motorcoaches, dayboats and/or railcars owned or operated by us. “Land Trip” also refers to any visit by you to Half Moon Cay (on the island of Little San Salvador) in the Bahamas (“Half Moon Cay”).

Examples of Initial Departure in a sentence

  • In the event that an agent fails to remit to Windstar Cruises any monies paid by you to the agent, you remain liable for the fare due us, regardless of whether we demand payment before or after Initial Departure.

  • In the event that an agent fails to remit to us any monies paid by you to the agent, you remain liable for the fare due us, regardless of whether we demand payment before or after Initial Departure.

  • To reject the arbitration provision, you must send us a notice by the earlier of (a) 30 days after you or your agent first receives this contract, whether electronically or in paper copy, or (b) the date of Initial Departure.

  • Executive will work with the Chief Executive Officer of the Company to develop a work schedule for Executive from the effective date of this Agreement through the Initial Departure Date.

  • After executing this Agreement, the Company and Executive will work together to set a schedule to (i) announce Executive's resignation and (ii) determine Executive's departure date, provided however that such departure date shall be no later than December 31, 2000 (the "Initial Departure Date").

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall have the right to purchase from the Company the laptop computer that he currently uses in his work for the Company at the depreciated value of the computer on the Initial Departure Date.

  • Upon the effectiveness of the amendments set forth herein, on and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Amendment,” “the Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to “Credit Agreement,” “thereunder,” “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement.

  • After the Initial Departure Date, all accrued but unpaid vacation and sabbatical time, as well as accrued but unpaid year-end bonuses, will be paid to Executive no later than January 31, 2001.

  • Note in particular our cancellation policy which specifies cancellation fees that you will be subject to if this contract is surrendered for cancellation within certain time periods prior to Initial Departure.

Related to Initial Departure

  • Statement of Departures means Schedule C-1 to the form of Proposal attached as Schedule C.

  • Departure means (i) for purposes other than those specified in subdivision (ii), imposition of a sentence outside the applicable guideline range or of a sentence that is otherwise different from the guideline sentence; and (ii) for purposes of §4A1.3 (Departures Based on Inadequacy of Criminal History Category), assignment of a criminal history category other than the otherwise applicable criminal history category, in order to effect a sentence outside the applicable guideline range. "Depart" means grant a departure.

  • Certificate of noncompliance means a document known as a certificate of noncompliance which is provided by the centralized collection unit of the department of revenue certifying that the named applicant or licensee has an outstanding liability placed with the unit and has not entered into an approved payment plan to pay the liability.

  • Amendment No. 8 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 8.

  • Amendment No. 7 Effective Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 7.
