First Report definition

First Report means a report prepared by the Grant Recipient setting out the anticipated Total Development Costs to be used to determine Grant funding;

  • Risk Disclosure Statement means the document setting out general information in respect of the risks associated with utilising our Services;

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Test Report means a written report issued by The Sequoia Project that documents the outcomes of the Testing Process; that is, the Applicant’s compliance with the Specifications and Test Materials.

  • Survey Report means a report of the results of a Survey, containing the information set out in clause 12.4 and Schedule 6.

  • Exchange Act Reports means any reports on Form 10-D, Form 8-K and Form 10-K filed or to be filed by the Seller with respect to the Issuer under the Exchange Act.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Incident Report means a written report of any injury, accident, acts of physical aggression, or unusual incident involving an individual.

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

  • Quarterly Report has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(b).

  • Limited Exchange Act Reporting Obligations The obligations of the Master Servicer under Section 3.16(b), Section 6.02 and Section 6.04 with respect to notice and information to be provided to the Depositor and Article XI (except Section 11.07(a)(1) and (2)).

  • Progress Report means the Progress Report described in Article D.1.0 (Reporting Requirements).

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Progress Report Form means UN Women’s standard form for progress reports attached to this Agreement.
