  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement.   • Period of Service means the aggregate of all periods of service commencing with an Employee's first day of employment or reemployment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer and ending on the first day of a Period of Severance, or for benefit accrual purposes, ending on the severance from service date. The first day of employment or reemployment is the first day the Employee performs an Hour of Service. An Employee who incurs a Period of Severance of twelve (12) months or less will also receive service-spanning credit by treating any such period as a Period of Service for purposes of eligibility and vesting (but not benefit accrual). For purposes of benefit accrual, a Participant's whole year Periods of Service is equal to the sum of all full and partial periods of service, whether or not such service is continuous or contiguous, expressed in the number of whole years represented by such sum. For this purpose, fractional periods of a year will be expressed in terms of days.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Minimum Period of Service means a period of 12 consecutive months beginning on the Service Start Date, unless set out otherwise in any applicable Order.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Optional Termination Price On any date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, an amount equal to the sum of (A) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan (other than any Mortgage Loan that has become an REO Property) as of the Distribution Date on which the proceeds of the Optional Termination are distributed to the Certificateholders, plus accrued interest thereon at the applicable Mortgage Rate as of the Due Date preceding the Distribution Date on which the proceeds of the Optional Termination are distributed to Certificateholders and the fair market value of any REO Property, plus accrued interest thereon as of the Distribution Date on which the proceeds of the Optional Termination are distributed to Certificateholders, (B) any unreimbursed out-of-pocket costs and expenses owed to the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Securities Administrator (including any amounts incurred by the Securities Administrator in connection with conducting the Auction), a Servicer or the Master Servicer and any unpaid or unreimbursed Servicing Fees, Monthly Advances and Servicing Advances, (C) any unreimbursed costs, penalties and/or damages incurred by the Trust Fund in connection with any violation relating to any of the Mortgage Loans of any predatory or abusive lending law and (D) in the event an Auction has been conducted, all reasonable fees and expenses incurred by the Securities Administrator to conduct the Auction.

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • continuous supply of services means a supply of services which is provided, or agreed to be provided, continuously or on recurrent basis, under a contract, for a period exceeding three months with periodic payment obligations and includes supply of such services as the Government may, subject to such conditions, as it may, by notification, specify;

  • Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.

  • Optional Termination Date Any Distribution Date on or after which the Stated Principal Balance (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) of the Mortgage Loans is less than 10.00% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Year of Service means the computation period of twelve (12) consecutive months, herein set forth, during which an Employee has at least 1000 Hours of Service.

  • Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.
