Initial Trading Date definition

Initial Trading Date means the first date that Hightimes Common Stock commences trading on the OTCQX Market or other securities exchange.
Initial Trading Date means the first date upon which shares of the Company’s capital stock trade on (a) a national securities exchange or through any quotation service that requires as a condition for trading that the Company report under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act or (b) the OTCQB or OTCQX (collectively, a “Qualified Trading Market”); and the “Initial Public Offering” or “IPO” shall mean the commencement of a public trading market for any class of securities of the Company on a Qualified Trading Market.
Initial Trading Date means the Initial Trading Date as defined in the Award Notice.

  • Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • Private Placement Lock-up Period means, with respect to Private Placement Warrants that are held by the initial purchasers of such Private Placement Warrants or their Permitted Transferees, and any of the Ordinary Shares issued or issuable upon the exercise or conversion of the Private Placement Warrants and that are held by the initial purchasers of the Private Placement Warrants or their Permitted Transferees, the period ending 30 days after the completion of the Company’s initial Business Combination.
