Examples of Inn Term in a sentence

  • The term of this Agreement shall be from the Effective Date to the expiration of the Inn Term (as defined in subsection B below) for the last Inn to which this Agreement applies.

  • All real estate and personal property taxes, levies, assessments and similar charges on or relating to each Inn ("Impositions") during each Inn Term shall be paid by Manager from Gross Revenues, before any fine, penalty, or interest is added thereto or lien placed upon any Inn or upon the Agreement, unless payment thereof is in good faith being contested and enforcement thereof is stayed.

Related to Inn Term

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.2 hereof.

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.
