Instance License definition

Instance License means a license grant that allows GE to access and use an Instance of the Software specified in an Order Form, where the Instance is limited to a specified number of CPUs within a Virtual Environment.
Instance License. An Instance License grants Licensee the right to deploy a single Instance of the Product. The total number of Instances deployed may not exceed the total number licensed to Licensee.
