Thus, trademarks that are Independent Works will be owned by the Author; trademarks that are Institutional Works will be owned by the University; ownership of trademarks that are University Supported Works will be determined by the provisions of Section 5.0 of this Policy; and ownership of trademarks that are Contractual Works will be determined by the provisions of Section 7.0 of this Policy.
