Instructional programming definition
Instructional programming means the full range of audio and video data, text, graphics, or additional state-of-the-art communications, in- cluding multimedia based resources distributed through interactive, command and control, or passive methods for the purpose of education and instruction.
Instructional programming means courses of instruction and training courses for elementary and secondary students, teachers, and others, and materials for use in such instruction and training that have been prepared in audio and visual form on either analog or digital format and are presented by means of telecommuni- cations devices.
Instructional programming means programming carried over the instructional channel as required pursuant to subsection (a) of section 16-333h of the Connecticut General Statutes; and
