Instructions to Proposers or “ITP” means the documents, including exhibits and forms, included in the RFP containing directions for the preparation and submittal of information by the Proposers in response to the RFP.
Instructions to Bidders means the document which provides interested Bidders with all information needed to prepare their Bids. This document also details out the process for the selection of the Consultant for the work mentioned in this tender document.
Instructions to Consultants (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.
Plan Proponents means the Debtors and the Committee.
Project Proponent means the individual or organization that has overall control and responsibility for the Project, or an individual or organization that together with others, each of which is also a Project Proponent, has overall control or responsibility for the Project. The entity(s) that can demonstrate Project Ownership in respect of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt where an individual executes this Representation in their capacity as an authorized office holder of the company who is the Project Proponent, this Representation is made by the company, not the authorized office holder;
Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.

Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Preferred Proponent(s means the Proponent(s) selected by the Evaluation Team to enter into negotiations for a Contract;
Instructional day means a day within the instructional term which meets the following

Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.
certification scheme means the ‘Human Services Scheme Part 1 – Common requirements for bodies certifying Human Services’ and ‘Human Services Scheme Part 2 – Additional requirements for bodies certifying Human Services in Queensland’ approved by XXX-ANZ under which bodies accredited by XXX-ANZ can, through Certification Audits, certify and re-certify that an organisation is delivering human services in compliance with the Quality Standards, published on the website at
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).
Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all exhibits, attachments, and published addenda), issued by the System Agency under which applications for grant funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference in the Grant Agreement for all purposes in its entirety.
Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.
Resolutions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.
Proponents means the Debtors and the Committee as proponents of the Plan.
Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
