Insurance File definition

Insurance File means the file containing personal information about approximately 9,300 consumers, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, health insurance company names and policy numbers, and medical test codes, that was available to a peer-to-peer file sharing network through a peer-to-peer file sharing application installed on a computer on respondent’s computer network.
