Insured location(s definition

Insured location(s means site(s) of the insured construction works or erection works, as set out as such in the policy;
Insured location(s means premises, building or area owned or lawfully used by the insured which is determined as such in the policy.
Insured location(s means the locations as described on the Schedule of Values attaching to this Policy.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.
